TUC union advocates for increased worker protection in the age of AI

The UK is lagging behind in protecting workers from the impact of artificial intelligence (AI), according to the Trade Union Congress (TUC). While the EU is in the process of passing an AI Act to regulate its use in employment decisions and work conditions, the UK has no equivalent plans. The TUC has launched a taskforce to draft legal protections for workers.
