Delta flight delayed for 3 hours due to bee swarm on wing at Houston airport.

A Delta Airlines flight from Houston to Atlanta was delayed for about three hours after a swarm of bees congregated on the wingtip of the plane. Crews were unable to remove the bees, and a beekeeper was not allowed to touch the airplane. The captain eventually decided to taxi the plane, and the bees left the wing once the plane was pushed back. This is not the first time bees have caused a flight delay, as a similar incident occurred in 2019 with a Southwest flight.
