Rudy Giuliani Pressured to Sell Florida Condo by Creditors

Rudy Giuliani's creditors are seeking to compel him to sell his Florida condo to pay off his debts, as they argue that holding onto the property is draining estate resources. The Committee of Unsecured Creditors has filed a motion in bankruptcy court to force Giuliani to sell the condo, which he valued at $3.5m, and obtain homeowner's insurance for both his Florida and Manhattan properties. The committee is also considering compelling Giuliani to sue Donald Trump for alleged unpaid legal fees, as Giuliani filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in December 2023 after a defamation verdict ordered him to pay over $148m to election workers in Georgia.
