EyePoint Pharmaceuticals has announced positive topline results from its Phase 2 DAVIO 2 trial of EYP-1901, a potential treatment for wet age-related macular degeneration (wet AMD). The trial met its primary endpoint, demonstrating statistical non-inferiority in change in best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) compared to the control group. The treatment also achieved key secondary endpoints, including a reduction in treatment burden and strong anatomical control.
