Tragic Death of UPS Delivery Driver in North Texas Heat

A UPS delivery driver in North Texas, Christopher Begley, died after collapsing in extreme heat while on the job. Begley had notified UPS that he was not feeling well before collapsing at a customer's location. UPS responded by providing him with water and a cool environment, but Begley declined medical attention and asked to be taken home. It is unclear whether he was taken home or to the hospital. The cause and manner of his death are still under investigation. Begley had been with UPS for 28 years and was a member of the Teamsters Union.
