The FDA advises parents to contact healthcare providers for blood tests if their children have consumed the product, as lead poisoning may not show immediate symptoms. Symptoms of lead poisoning include headache, abdominal pain, vomiting, anemia, irritability, lethargy, and weight loss. The FDA reports four illnesses related to the recalled products and urges consumers to stop using them and return them for a refund. The source of lead contamination is still under investigation.
