Costco Recalls Protein Bars and Chocolate Over Undeclared Allergens in Multiple States

Wellness Natural USA has issued a voluntary recall for a single lot of its SimplyProtein Peanut Butter Chocolate Crispy Bar sold at Costco locations in eight states and Washington, D.C. due to undeclared cashew, which can cause serious or life-threatening allergic reactions in people with severe sensitivity. The recall only affects the 15-count variety pack with an "enjoy by" date of Jan. 5, 2024, and the lot code "TN3005A" on the wrapper. Customers who purchased the recalled products can return them to Costco for a full refund.
