Trombino's, a popular Italian restaurant in Albuquerque, was closed for a week due to a roach infestation and other violations. The Environmental Health Department has seen an increase in sanitation issues in restaurants over the past few years, with more closures since the pandemic began. Trombino's has since reopened after bringing in a pest control company and making significant improvements. Other restaurants in the area have also been closed for pest issues.
