"Multiple Charcuterie Meat Recalls Nationwide Due to Contamination and Under Processing"

Fratelli Beretta USA, Inc. is recalling ready-to-eat meat charcuterie products due to possible under processing, which may have led to contamination with foodborne pathogens, specifically Salmonella. The products were distributed nationwide and bear establishment numbers "EST. M47967 or M7543B." Consumers are advised not to consume these products and to either discard them or return them to the place of purchase. The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service is conducting an investigation and working with health partners to address the issue.
