National Donut Day Celebrations Across the US: Unique Flavors, Eating Contests, and Free Donuts

Donut Bar in downtown San Diego has been named one of the 25 most unique donut shops in the US and Canada by Yelp. The Grilled Cheese Donut, made with two Saigon cinnamon and sugar donuts, two layers of American Cheese, two layers of Havarti cheese and served with Sriracha and Sriracha Mayo, is the bakery's standout flavor. Donut Bar also offers other unique flavors such as Nutella Overload and French Toast. Yelp compiled the list of unique donuts through polling the review company’s community managers from across North America.
