Top Food and Drink Destinations of 2023: Readers' Picks.

Food + Wine magazine has released its first-ever readers' choice awards, the Global Tastemakers Awards 2023, celebrating the best culinary experiences and destinations in the U.S. and abroad. New Orleans was named the No. 1 spot out of 10 for Best Cities for Neighborhood Restaurants and No. 2 out of 10 for Best Cities for Food in the U.S. The Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport also made No. 4 of 11 for Best U.S. Airports for Food. The honorees were selected through a survey of readers based on travel over the past three years.
