Warren and AOC Investigate Silicon Valley Bank Depositors' Ties.

Senator Elizabeth Warren and Representative Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez have sent letters to 14 of the largest depositors with Silicon Valley Bank, raising concerns over the failed bank's relationship with some of the venture capitalists and tech founders who made up much of its customer base. The lawmakers asked questions about the nature of their connections with SVB, including the length of their relationship and the amount of money they had deposited with the bank. SVB was the biggest US bank failure in more than a decade, and its collapse triggered a backstop by the federal government.
