Delta and Amex Raise Credit Card Fees, Introduce Enhanced Perks

Delta and American Express are increasing the annual fees for their Delta SkyMiles American Express cards, with fees rising by as much as $100 for existing customers. However, new card benefits will include credits for travel and dining platforms such as Delta Stays, Resy, and various ride-sharing services. Additionally, companion certificates for the Platinum and Reserve cards will now be valid for travel to all 50 states, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean, potentially leading to savings on airfare for families.
