Shaquille O'Neal is still evading the FTX lawsuit, according to a motion to dismiss filed on his behalf, claiming that the legal documents were not properly served and he never took possession of them. The lawsuit, filed against FTX founder Sam Bankman-Fried and celebrity endorsers, alleges that FTX investors and customers were lured to the "Deceptive FTX Platform" by the "false representations and deceptive conduct" of the defendants. O'Neal, who recorded a video as an FTX brand ambassador, is accused of running out the clock, while other celebrity FTX ambassadors made themselves available to process servers.
