"Man Arrested for Inappropriate 'Mile High Club' Request on Spirit Airlines Flight"

A Detroit man, James Finnister, has been charged with interfering with a Spirit Airlines flight from Louisville to Orlando after allegedly harassing flight attendants and asking them to join the "mile high club." Finnister's disruptive behavior led to him being reassigned seats multiple times and eventually lying on the floor of the plane. He admitted to police that he had consumed multiple alcoholic shots prior to the flight. Finnister faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted.
