"Airline Employee Arrested for Illegally Filming Minors in Aircraft Restroom"

An American Airlines flight attendant, Estes Carter Thompson III, was arrested for attempting to record videos of young girls using the bathroom on five flights last year. He faces charges of attempted sexual exploitation of children and possession of child pornography, with potential prison sentences of 15 to 30 years and 5 to 20 years, respectively. The FBI found evidence on his phone and iCloud account, including videos of girls aged 7 to 14, as well as images of child pornography. American Airlines stated they have been cooperating with law enforcement and that Thompson was immediately withheld from service following the September 2023 incident.
