Philadelphia Woman Charged with Threatening Passengers and Assaulting Flight Attendant on Frontier Airlines Flight

A 60-year-old Philadelphia woman, Dulce Huertas, is facing charges after allegedly assaulting a flight attendant and threatening to kill passengers on a Frontier Airlines flight from Orlando to Philadelphia. Huertas, who had reportedly consumed two alcoholic drinks, became aggressive, cursed at passengers and crew, and attempted to urinate in the aisle before being arrested. She has been charged with interference with flight crew members and attendants, simple assault, and indecent exposure, facing a maximum possible sentence of 21 years and three months in prison if convicted.
