Walmart is introducing parcel stations in its stores to speed up delivery and improve the customer experience. The stations will allow customers to place online orders for a greater assortment of merchandise with Next Day Delivery. The move will also make it easier and more efficient for associates to distribute online orders from stores. Walmart plans to have over 40 parcel stations in stores by the end of the year and expand this capability to other locations next year.
