FuboTV Files Lawsuit to Halt Disney-Fox-Warner Bros. Sports Streaming Venture

FuboTV has filed an antitrust lawsuit against ESPN, Fox, Warner Bros. Discovery, and Hulu over their plans to launch a sports-streaming venture, alleging anticompetitive practices and monopolization of the market. FuboTV claims it has been prevented from offering a sports-only streaming service due to bundling requirements imposed by the defendants. The streaming service not only seeks to shut down the proposed joint venture but also seeks cash damages and restrictions on the joint venture to maintain competition in the marketplace.
