Tesla Recalls 2 Million Vehicles in US for Autopilot Safety Issue

Tesla is recalling nearly all vehicles sold in the U.S., totaling over 2 million, to update software and address a defective driver monitoring system in Autopilot. The update will increase warnings and alerts to drivers, limit the areas where basic Autopilot can operate, and suspend drivers who repeatedly fail to demonstrate continuous driving responsibility.
