Polestar 4: The Electric SUV with a Hi-Def Screen Instead of a Rear Window

Polestar has unveiled its second SUV, the Polestar 4, at Auto Shanghai 2023. The car features a roof-mounted rear camera that replaces the rear-view mirror, allowing for a wider field of view. The car also has a long glass roof that can change transparency, retractable door handles, and flush windows. The infotainment system is powered by Android Automotive OS and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Cockpit Platform, and the car has a 10.2-inch driver display, head-up display, and a secondary media and climate control screen. The Polestar 4 will be available in China in November 2023 and in other markets in early 2024, priced at around $60,000.
