A driver in California shared his "true misery" after his 12-year-old Nissan Leaf's battery degraded to a range of only 25 miles. After traveling just 15 miles, he was stranded in a parking lot with a dangerously low battery. He encountered broken charging stations and had to wait in a "creepy" parking lot infested with mosquitos for over an hour before finding a working charging station. Another Nissan Leaf driver also experienced a dead battery just feet away from a charging point and had to push his car to the station.
