"EPISD and Other Districts Implement Monday Delayed Start"

Several school districts and organizations in the El Paso area, including EPISD, William Beaumont Army Medical Center, Gadsden ISD, El Paso Catholic Schools, Fabens ISD, and Fort Bliss, have announced delayed starts or cancellations due to anticipated inclement weather and frigid temperatures on Monday, January 8, 2024. Safety measures are being taken, including adjusted transportation and meal schedules, canceled morning activities, and rescheduling of medical appointments, to ensure the well-being of students and staff.
