"Daylight Saving Time 2024: Spring Forward Details and Time Change"

Daylight saving time for 2024 will begin on Sunday, March 10 at 2 a.m. local time, leading to later sunsets and more daylight. The push to make daylight saving time permanent has not been successful in Congress, and not all states and U.S. territories participate in the time change.
