Southern Cities Dominate 2024's Top Moving Destinations

A new study by PODS reveals that three Tennessee cities are among the top 20 destinations people are moving to in 2024, with the Southern Appalachian region, including North and South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama, being particularly popular. Myrtle Beach and Wilmington top the list, while Los Angeles leads the cities people are moving out of, with a notable exodus from California.
