San Francisco attorney Drexel Andrew Bradshaw is facing disciplinary action and potential disbarment after being accused by the California State Bar of overcharging a trust account client by $1.33 million, awarding himself 53 percent of the entire $2.5 million trust without authorization, and breaching his fiduciary duties. The state bar alleges that Bradshaw's fees were "wholly disproportionate to the services rendered so as to shock the conscience."
