Google Co-Founder Faces Lawsuit Over Deadly Plane Crash Off Fiji Island

A wrongful death lawsuit claims that Google co-founder Sergey Brin requested his private plane to shuttle him and friends for island-hopping parties in Fiji, resulting in a fatal crash after the aircraft was rigged with extra fuel. The lawsuit alleges that Brin partied in Fiji while his pilots, Lance Maclean and Dean Rushfeldt, lay at the bottom of the ocean, and accuses Brin, Google, and others of wrongful death and tortious interference with a dead body. The suit claims that the plane was illegally altered and violated FAA regulations, leading to the crash, and demands a jury trial.
