Supreme Court Rules Against Citizens Suing Over Foreign Spouses' Visa Denials

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a 6-3 decision that U.S. citizens cannot sue the government over the denial of visas for their foreign spouses, even if the denial lacks explanation.
