"Greta Thunberg and London Protesters Cleared of Charges in Climate Demonstration Trial"

Climate activist Greta Thunberg and her co-defendants were acquitted of charges for refusing to follow a police order to leave a protest blocking the entrance to an oil and gas industry conference in London. The judge cited significant deficiencies in the evidence and ruled that the police order to disperse was so unclear that it was unlawful. The protest was described as peaceful, civilized, and nonviolent.
