"Keurig's Game-Changing Compostable K-Round Pods Set to Revolutionize Coffee Brewing"

Keurig, known for its plastic K-Cup pods, has developed a new compostable coffee pod called the K-Round, made primarily of food-grade algae, to address environmental concerns. The company's CEO initiated an in-house startup team to create a sustainable single-serve coffee solution, leading to the development of the K-Round. Keurig plans to beta-test the K-Rounds in the fall and hopes to make them available to the public soon after. The new pods will work with a new machine called the Keurig Alta, designed to accommodate both K-Rounds and existing K-Cup pods, aiming to make the transition as seamless as possible for consumers.
