Skylar Meade, an Idaho inmate who escaped custody, was described as a "bright individual" by a former prosecutor but had acquired neo-Nazi tattoos while in prison. He and his alleged accomplice, Nicholas Umphenour, were captured after a two-day manhunt. Both were members of the Aryan Knights prison gang, and Meade was serving a 20-year sentence for firing shots at law enforcement officers.
