USA Lacrosse Magazine Reveals Division I All-American Honorees for Men's and Women's Lacrosse.

USA Lacrosse Magazine announced its Division I women's lacrosse All-Americans for the 2023 season, with nine different programs represented on the first team. Boston College led the field with nine selections, while Syracuse, James Madison, and Loyola each had two nods apiece. Top-ranked Northwestern had eight players on one of the three teams or honorable mention, including Izzy Scane on the first team.
