"Chester County School Board President Dies in Tragic Plane Crash"

Octorara Area School District School Board President Sam Ganow was killed in a small plane crash in West Caln Township, Pennsylvania. The crash occurred between a home and some trees, narrowly missing the house. Ganow, a longtime pilot, was flying to Nashville for a friend when the twin-engine plane went down. An NTSB investigator will examine the crash site and the aircraft, with a preliminary report expected within 30 days.
