Democrat Xp Lee Wins Minnesota Special Election, Restoring House Balance
Xp Lee, a Democrat and former City Council member, won a special election to fill the seat of the slain former Minnesota House Speaker Melissa Hortman, resulting in an evenly split Minnesota House with 67 seats each for Democrats and Republicans.
