Tesla has released a software update that allows Model 3 and Model Y owners to control their windshield wipers directly from the steering wheel, without having to activate them first. The update also includes improvements to the Full Self-Driving Beta system, a PIN code feature, a tire service mileage display, and the ability to preview the car's video cameras.
Ford is recalling over 1.5 million vehicles in the US due to issues with leaky brake hoses and windshield wiper arms that can break. The larger recall affects nearly 1.3 million Ford Fusion and Lincoln MKX midsize cars from 2013 to 2018, while the second recall covers more than 222,000 F-150 pickups from 2021. Ford will replace the affected parts, and owners will be notified starting in late March and mid-April.
