Ted Carter, University of Nebraska President, Chosen as Ohio State's Next Leader
Walter "Ted" Carter Jr., the current president of the University of Nebraska system, has been named the next president of Ohio State University. Carter will assume his new role on January 1, 2023, replacing Kristina M. Johnson. As president of the University of Nebraska system, Carter implemented financial aid programs and a tuition freeze. He was chosen from a pool of over 150 candidates and brings strategic leadership and service experience to Ohio State.
