Amazon is expanding its virtual clinic by adding video telemedicine visits in all 50 states, allowing customers to access care around the clock through its website or app. The clinic offers treatment for over 30 common health conditions, including COVID-19, sinus infections, and sexual health issues. While messaging-based consultations cost an average of $35, video visits cost $75. Amazon's move into telemedicine comes as it continues to expand its presence in the healthcare industry, including selling prescription drugs through Amazon Pharmacy and acquiring primary care provider One Medical.
