"Tesla Raises Wages for US Factory Workers Amid Union Push"

Tesla has informed its production workers in the US about an upcoming pay raise, with material handlers, production associates, and quality inspectors set to receive a "market adjustment pay increase." This move comes as other automakers have also raised wages for their non-unionized US workers, amid efforts by the United Auto Workers (UAW) union to organize them. Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been vocal against unions, stating that if Tesla becomes unionized, it would be because the company failed in some way.
