Secretary of State Antony Blinken will travel to Cabo Verde, Cote d’Ivoire, Nigeria, and Angola to emphasize the accelerated U.S.-Africa partnership in areas such as climate, food, and health security, as well as future-focused economic partnership and infrastructure investment.
