The Israeli military has discovered a tunnel network, including an office space and computer servers, running partly under the United Nations Relief and Works Agency's Gaza headquarters, providing new evidence of Hamas exploitation of the relief agency. The agency, which has been a lifeline for the aid-dependent population in Gaza, has launched an internal probe and seen donor countries freeze funding over allegations by Israel that some of its staff doubled as Hamas operatives.
