Multiple Tropical Systems Expected to Develop in Atlantic This Week, NHC Advisories Issued.
The National Hurricane Center will begin issuing advisories on Tropical Depression Three, which is located midway between Africa and the Lesser Antilles. The forecast models have low confidence on where it will go over the next 10 days, but a second wave off the coast of Africa has a 40% chance of development in the next seven days.
