Police have recovered the white Jeep Grand Cherokee driven by Scott Arthur O'Brien, the suspect wanted in the shooting of a female trooper during a traffic stop in Raleigh County, West Virginia. The trooper was shot in the elbow and suffered non-life-threatening injuries. O'Brien fled the scene and is still at large.
