Russian Security Brutality: Moscow Attack Suspects Subjected to Torture and Abuse
A photo has emerged showing a suspect in the Moscow concert hall attack lying on the floor with his pants down, wired to an electrocution torture device known as "Tapik." The device, commonly used by Russia, can generate up to 80 volts of electricity and is used as a torture device by connecting wires to prisoners' fingers, ears, or genitals. The suspect, identified as Faridun Shamsiddinov, a Tajik national, was arrested and claimed he was offered money to carry out the attack. The attack, claimed by ISIS, resulted in over 130 deaths, with Russian President Putin accusing Ukraine of complicity, which Ukraine denies. Suspects appeared in court with signs of beating and torture.
