Ohio father pleads not guilty to charges of executing his three sons.
Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty for Chad Doerman, a father accused of killing his three sons in Clermont County. Doerman faces multiple murder, kidnapping, and felonious assault charges. He confessed to shooting and killing his sons, aged 7, 4, and 3, at their home in June. The mother of the children was also shot but survived. This is the first death-penalty-eligible case in Clermont County in about 30 years. The motive for the killings is still unknown. Funeral services for the boys will be held on Monday.
