Michael Sheen funds Welsh National Theatre as Our Town marks launch
Actor Michael Sheen has founded and funded Wales’ new National Theatre, starring in its debut production Our Town, with ambitions to create bold, internationally resonant Welsh theatre, develop local talent, and attract public/private funding, including sponsorships, while personally guaranteeing initial costs to attract partners.
