The organs of terror victim Lucy Dee were donated by her family, saving the lives of five people. Despite some Orthodox Jews considering organ donation forbidden by Jewish law, Lucy had discussed it with her husband in the past and their rabbinical authority confirmed it was acceptable. Her heart, liver, kidneys, and corneas were transplanted into recipients at Israeli hospitals.
