Tulare County Braces for Flooding Amid Rising Lake Levels and Evacuation Orders
The City of Visalia is preparing for localized flooding as Lake Kaweah reaches capacity, with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers reducing water releases from Terminus Dam. While no evacuations are anticipated, some flooding is expected as waterways that receive water runoff could cause waterways to flood.
