Tennessee Congressman Andy Ogles raised almost $25,000 through a GoFundMe campaign for a children's burial garden called "Lincoln's Place" after the stillborn death of his child in 2014. However, there is no evidence of a burial garden, benches, or a life-size statue of Jesus. Ogles refuses to say what he did with the money, and some donors were not given the option to get their money back. Funeral director Pam Stephens said Ogles never followed through on plans to help organize a unified effort to aid parents dealing with the financial and emotional trauma of burying children.
