Disney has officially launched Hulu on Disney+, allowing subscribers to access content from both services, with the aim of promoting its Hulu bundle starting at $9.99 a month. Existing bundle subscribers can easily access Hulu shows through a new tab on Disney+, and Hulu content like Shogun and The Handmaid's Tale will be highlighted in the main carousel. However, existing Hulu viewing progress doesn't carry over to Disney+, and the integration reflects a wider technology transformation for Disney+ to drive an enhanced user experience and lay the foundation for future innovations.
