In Diablo 4's first season, players must collect the Crusader Missives, Paladin Prayer Book, and Tithe Ledger in the Hawezar zone to complete the "A Prayer for Salvation" quest. The Crusader Missives can be found in the Crusaders' Monument Stronghold, the Paladin Prayer Book is located in the Eriman's Pyre Stronghold, and the Tithe Ledger is near the entrance of the Belfry Zakara dungeon. Players should be cautious of high-level enemies in these areas.

IGN has released an interactive map for Diablo 4, which allows players to keep track of their progress and find items, enemies, and locations. The map includes over 100 dungeons, 15 strongholds, and 160 Altars of Lilith, which award stat bonuses to characters. Players can filter the map by markers, locations, services, collectibles, enemies, items, quests, and more. The map also includes spoilers, but players can deselect items to avoid them. IGN will continue to update the map with new information and points of interest.

Diablo 4 has five regions in Sanctuary, each with six to eight Waypoints, including Strongholds that require completion and ringing a bell to convert. The regions are Fractured Peaks, Scosglen, Dry Steppes, Kehjistan, and Hawezar. Altars of Lilith can also be found throughout Sanctuary to boost stats.
